Are prices different from country to country?+
No. Every EU country pays the same: our Spanish prices plus 15%. Hosting is the same across the EU too.
How do you invoice an EU business?+
Our prices exclude VAT. If your business has a valid EU VAT number, which we check in the European Commission’s VIES system, we invoice without Spanish VAT under the reverse charge: you account for VAT in your own country.
Can we talk on the phone?+
Only in Spanish or Catalan. In English, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, French or German we work in writing, by email and WhatsApp, which also means every decision is documented.
How quickly do you reply?+
Within one working day, Monday to Friday, Central European Time.
