You know the price before we start. What can change the price is said before you say yes, never on the invoice.
In writing, in your language
We work by email and WhatsApp in English, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, French or German, so every decision is documented and you can answer when it suits you. Phone calls only in Spanish or Catalan.
An EU company
THRAX is a Spanish limited company. EU law and the GDPR apply to everything we do for you, and EU businesses are invoiced under the VAT reverse charge.
Central European Time
We work Monday to Friday, 09:00–20:00 CET, and reply within one working day: the same time zone as most of the EU, one hour ahead of Ireland.
About working with us
Do you work with individuals?+
No. thrax.eu is for businesses and self-employed professionals in the EU. If you are an individual in Spain, our main site, thrax.es, covers home users.
Can we talk on the phone?+
Only in Spanish or Catalan. In English, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, French or German we work in writing, by email and WhatsApp, which also means every decision is documented.
How do you invoice an EU business?+
Our prices exclude VAT. If your business has a valid EU VAT number, which we check in the European Commission’s VIES system, we invoice without Spanish VAT under the reverse charge: you account for VAT in your own country.
How quickly do you reply?+
Within one working day, Monday to Friday, Central European Time.
